Spreader Beams

Standard and custom designed spreader beams are commonly used in material handling applications to insure a safe and stable lift, increase production, and protect the load.

Spreader beams are recommended for applications where:

• Loads are excessively long
• Headroom is minimal
• The load cannot be crushed or scratched
• The load weight exceeds the capacity of a single crane (two or more cranes required)
